Have you ever resonated with a writing?
.
Perhaps something like
A simple line that grounds your feet and makes your heart leap.
Or
A paragraph from a whimsical story. Telling you about flying pigs – but really, it’s about finding yourself – you can imagine it vividly, easily. And it moves you in a profound way, inspiring you to create something too. The perfect ratio of a group of sentences, neither too long nor too short. Ended with a witty hook that makes you eager to continue reading.
Or
A verse,
a simple verse
of broken hearts or love
of darkness or hope
or something in
reverse
That when you read it,
something within you sparks
“There it is!”
Feels like you were sharing a secret, a single note, a nod, a wink, an inside joke,
an instant connection, across space and time,
and in that brief moment…
…you belong.
.
Have you ever resonated with a writing?
I have.
It was yesterday.
And it was delightful.
